The large plate is mounted in the wheel housing. The small plate is preferably fitted between the side member and the steering gear (replaces the original support discs). Alternatively, the small plate can be used to reinforce the bell crank on the passenger side.
Attention, this kit does not replace a cracked housing under any circumstances!
