Albero a camme sport 105 / 116 297 gr. 11,6 corsa
Colombo & Bariani Sportnockenwelle Exklusiv für OKP gefertigt. Öffnungswinkel: 297 Grad Max. Hub 11,60 mm Ventilspiel Auslaß 0,35 mm Ventilspiel Einlaß 0,30 mm Nockenwellen für Sportmotoren von 145 bis 160 PS. Eine langjährige Entwicklung mit optimalem Drehmomentverlauf. Bis 7000 U/min sind Serienfedern ausreichend. Die maximale Leistung liegt bei ca. 6000 U/min. Es bleibt ein einwandfreier Lauf im Alltagsbetrieb erhalten. Das Aluminium um die Tassenstössel muß zum Teil nachgearbeitet werden. Diese Nockenwelle stellt das maximal mögliche dar, ohne daß das komplette Umfeld geändert werden muß. Ventilspiel 0,3 mm Überschneidung in OT 3,7mm minus Spiel = 3,4mm Gesamtöffnung 297 Grad bei 0,3mm- 263 Grad bei 1mm.

Our 1600 GTA crankshafts are machined to our exclusive design by Arrow precision, a leading crankshaft manufacturer with over 30 years experience in the Motorsport arena, including Formula 1, Le Mans, WRC and WTCC. They are manufactured to our specification that has been developed over a number of years and is the result of our extensive experience of tuning the 1600 GTA engine. The cranks are manufactured from a solid billet of very high specification EN40B (722M24) material. The material is specially selected to ensure that it is particularly clean ensuring that oxide and sulphide content is minimised. This gives major improvement in the strength and ductility of the material and greatly improves fracture resistance. Our material should not be confused with other (cheaper) steels that are used in crankshaft manufacture! The design incorporates eight counterweights to increase reliability at high rpm by reducing the loads on the crank bearings generated by the connecting rod and piston inertia. The counterweights are knife edged to reduce drag and are pocketed to remove inefficient mass, helping to reduce overall inertia and improve throttle response. The oil supply galleries are fully linked through the crank and feature new outlet positions in the big ends to optimise the supply of oil to the connecting rod bearings. The crank is gas nitrided to increase the hardness of the bearing surfaces and dynamically balanced to race engine specification. We firmly believe that you will not find a better crank on the market!!!

Lichtmaschine Drehstrom 50A (Gewicht nur 3,5 KG Alfa Romeo 750 / 101 - Typen 105 1. Serie Diese moderne Drehstrom - Lichtmaschine in original Optik ersetzt die alte Bosch Gleichtrom - Lichtmaschine. Sie ist aus Aluminium gefertigt und über 1,5 kg leichter als das Originalteil. Da der Regler bei dieser Lichtmaschine bereits integriert ist, wird der teure Bosch Regler nicht benötigt. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Leistung dieser Lichtmaschine: Sie beträgt 50 A, was Im Vergleich zum Originalteil mit 25 A eine Erhöhung um 100% bedeutet.
