Selbstklebend Einfache Verarbeitung Produktbeschreibung Terodem SP 100 alu ist eine selbstklebende Antidröhn-Platte auf Basis Bitumen-/Kunststoff, die auf der Sichtseite eine Vlieskaschierung (alu/silber) mit stabilisierenden Wirkung aufweist. Das relativ schwere Bitumenmaterial ist wirksam gegen Körperschall und mindert Schwingungen sowie den dadurch entstehenden Lärm an Metall- und Kunststoff-Teilen. Die Platte ist selbstklebend mit einem lösungsmittelfreien Haftklebstoff auf Basis spezieller Acrylat-Copolymere ausgerüstet. Die Klebeseite ist durch ein Abdeckmaterial gegen Transport- und Lagereinflüsse geschützt. Vorbehandlung Die zu beklebende Fläche muss sauber, fettfrei und trocken sein. Verarbeitung Die gewünschte Form und Größe wird auf der Terodem-Platte von der Sichtseite her mit einem Messer eingeritzt. An der vorgeritzten Linie wird dann die Platte gebrochen. An der Unterseite wird das Silikonpapier stückweise abgezogen und die Terodem-Platte mit der klebenden Unterseite auf den Untergrund gedrückt. Dabei ist auf einen gleichmäßigen und festen Andruck zu achten. Material und Untergrund sollten bei der Verarbeitung nicht kälter als 18°C sein.
