Thanks to their high torque output, they are ideal for demanding operating conditions as well as custom-built and modified vehicles. Compared to a conventional original starter motor, they typically deliver up to twice the power while requiring only around half the current. In addition, they offer approximately 50% lower weight. Unless specifically designed for a single application, the starter motor can be rotated 360° around its own axis.
