In the Sills subcategory, you will find outer, inner, and reinforcement sills – tailored to the body structure, door length, and floor layout.
The sill is a central load-bearing component of the body. It connects the front and rear sections, absorbs door hinge loads, torsional forces, and suspension stresses, and protects the floor area from external influences. Especially in classic cars, sills are highly prone to corrosion and are a common structural weak point.
Our range includes outer sills with original profiles, inner sills, reinforcement plates, sill end caps, and model-specific reinforcement profiles with jack or door lock mounts.
All parts are dimensionally accurate, weldable, and aligned with original sheet thickness, flange layout, and connections to the floor, A- and B-pillars – ideal for partial replacement, accident repair, or full body restoration.
